  • I work with a small number of clients at a time, by design. Capacity opens periodically as engagements move through phases. The best way to find out is to enquire, I'll tell you straight whether I have space, and if I don't, I'll be honest about timing.

  • The first step is a conversation. I'll ask questions about your business, your goals, and where you think the bottleneck is. If it makes sense to work together, I'll lay out what an engagement would look like. If it doesn't, I'll tell you and point you somewhere that might be a better fit.
